 As per the give case scenario, Anna 35 year old lady, no
medical staff and doctors has supported to Anna and her
husband.
 In addition to this, no medical staff came to her assistance
and doctors told that she have drunk.
 During the group discussion no nurse was there and no
medical report was taken. Thus, as per this case, within the
hospital, there is lack of proper communication between staff
member, patient, doctors and family member.
 Hospital management should understand various theories of
communication so as it can understand it's value in the
health and care background.
