Critical issues that impact the communication and relationship between employees fromcommunity members and community link upPoor wages- Healthy and positive employees' relationship is very essential withinAboriginal community. Due to poor wages the relationship between the workers fromcommunity link up and community members get affected negatively. Poor wages increasedissatisfaction among staff members and lower their working interest more than before. Wagesor salary is the significant factors that influencing employees relation and communication. Whencommunities provides workers with industry standard wages, they can run employees relationsmore smoothly than before.In effective work policies- Ineffective policies of community about workplace putimpact on relation between staff members from community link up and community members(Leeand et.al., 2016). If community do not focus on workers safety in workplace and lessconcentrate on their well being it makes negative impact on their relationship andcommunication. Harassment and discrimination policy is very essential in workplace as for allpeople's working in company it assures them about their safety and concern of management. Company culture- Organization culture is personality of firm, it defines environment inwhich workers work. If Aboriginal community cannot provide positive environment to peopleand do not offer equal growth opportunities then it put impact on employees' relationship with itsmanagement. It includes the variety of factors including work environment, value, expectations,ethic and goals. When community focuses on people expectations towards them they can be ableto make good communication and relationship with workers. But without effectivecommunication management cannot be capable to make good relationship with its staffmembers. 2.
