REFLECTION Reflection is basically an ability that enables to people for learning through past incidences and experiences. On the basis of different personality development experts, no person can be improved or developed its different skills, abilities, personality and professionalism without reflecting on itself, its activities, its experiences. Kolb’s Reflective Cycle This reflective cycle model has developed by Mr. David Kolb in year 1984. On the basis of Mr. Kolb, reflection is very necessary activity to different people within the market place, because after reflecting on an incidence or experience, anyone can simply know that which areas of skills it still needs to be developed to perform very well in the future operations.
CONTINUE…. Concreate experience Recently, I have participated in a group work that was based a charitable cause project, and my project cause was “pandemic services”. As we know that, this year 2020 is not appropriate for the human civilisation, because from the beginning of this year to date, the whole world is suffering from the corona virus (Covid-19) pandemic. So that, when government of the United Kingdom was realised that, active cases of corona virus are increasing in the country very fast, then it was taken the decision of lockdown. Due to this lockdown decision, all businesses and companies was impacted to close their business operations and activities till the next orders of the government.
CONTINUE…. Reflection observation I have observed and learnt many new things while working in that charitable project. Basically, when we all members groups started to freely work in the welfare of society, then this factor was increased our levels of dignity, and was aware about one thing that, there is nothing bigger than the humanity and moral values. In the recent pandemic services project work, I have observed that, personal motivation and inspirations are highly required to a person for working in the well-being of people and society. On the other side, I have observed that, no group work or team work can achieve its different targets without using well-developed skills of communication.
