for the achievement of the organizational goals.
• In this presentation the issue of communication is
related to the communication during the global
pandemic and their potential issues.

BACKGROUND
• The topic for this presentation is about the
communicational issues which took place during
global pandemic which was Covid-19.
• It can be said that this pandemic was the reason due
to which the organization were unable to held
meetings.
• This is due to social distancing practices which was
essential for the people to be safe from this virus.
• However, due to the these challenges the
organization started utilize other means of
communication such as telephone calls, emails and
social media.

1. It is the theory of communication which explains the messages in the form of media is like a bullet which is
fired into the viewers head directly targeting the individuals which is needed to be influenced.
2. This is the theory which explains the hypothesis of the idea which flows from the mass media to the opinion
of the leaders that is given to the wider population. It is also explains that the information is channelled
through opinion of the leader.
