Introduction
A communication is a two way procedure in which
the information is transmitted between the two or
more people in the form of ideas, thoughts, opinions
and feelings. This is done with an intension of
creating a shared understanding (Dwaipayan, 2022).
This dynamic process include encoding,
transmission medium, decoding and the feedback.

Communication
A communication is a two way process which involve some
elements such as a sender, a message, a channel, a medium,
a receiver, a response and a feedback. All this elements are
not sufficient along with this, there must be coordination
and understanding between the two parties involved which
are the patient and the health and social care provider
(Lakin and et.al., 2019) . Through this the ideas, thoughts,
opinions and feelings can be exchanged between the patient
or the service user and the health and social care provider.

health and social care and it is the major factor
for the building the relationship. The nature of
the environment in the health and the social care
reflects the ways of interaction with the multiple
number of patients on the daily basis (Coughlin
and et.al., 2018).
