Virtual Teams
 Virtual teams is becoming the most widely used medium of business communication. It
is helpful in connecting the business organizations with a huge pool of multicultural
talents. It is for this reason that communication might often become a major issue
(Peñarroja et al 2015).

Advantages
 Virtual teams help in leveraging Global or International talent
 Using virtual team is also very useful in order to get an uninterrupted
24 hours support from employees working from different time
zones(Pozin et al 2018).
 Thus, ABC Company must use the virtual team method in order to get
the dynamic expertise from their International Staffs.

Disadvantages
There can be issues like breaking of trust by some
employees
Employees might take undue advantage of taking frequent
breaks by giving excuses
Thus, ABC Company has to take preventuve measures
like constant contact with employees via hangout, other
instant chat forums.

Conclusion
It can be concluded that virtual team will be
better for ABC company over F2F method.
They will be able to collaborate with all their
International clients right from their
Melbourne office itself. It is recommended
that they use strategies like instant
messages, helpline Chabot systems and
others to avoid the probable issues.
