Communication is the essence in judging the personal characteristics. The purpose of doing the research on the way of talking is necessary so that the work can be implemented easily. From the research, it has been understood that the individuals should be self-aware about their capabilities and the way they communicate in the environment (O'Dell & Hubert, 2011). The way of talking is responsible for the growth and development of an individual. If we talk related to the organization and their communication channels, then the leaders are responsible to make the communication among the entire channel of the organization. Therefore, communication is the essence of working with the environment and other persons (Halverson & Sheridan, 2014). Before doing the research on the topic, the way communication reflects our image of the other person. I consider the way I talk does not have much importance in the life. The communication is just the only way we express our ideas and feelings to another person. The communication is the only source to express the thoughts and ideas generated in the oneās mind to other and get a feedback for the same. In the organization, the communication is needed to achieve the organizational goals only otherwise no communication channel will be followed in the organization (Marris, 2014). However, after doing the research on the topic, the way a person talk reflects the way he works with another person. After analysis, I come to know that the communication is the essence of a person. From communication, the person can make the other person influenced by the way he is talking. The good communication makes the work simpler for the person as the work gets simpler when are expressed clearly to the other person. From the way we talk, I learned that the way of talking to every person should be good so that the revert we get should also be good (Marris, 2014). In this way, the organisation can be to achieve its goal by having the good communication and way of talking to other person. This plays an essential role in the mind of the individual to behave properly while communicating with other person. From the research, various areas have been discovered that are related to maintaining the growth of an individual for long period. If the leader in the organization rhea communicating properly to each and every team member in the team then he will get the return which will move in the same direction and that will be the achievement of the organizational goals. The way we talk also tells about nature and behavior when talking to some other person. The areas that have been identified to have the self-growth is identifying the positive and negative in own way of talking and this can be analyzed by knowing the other person reaction and feedback. If the communication and way of talking are good, the other person will have the expression that he is getting each and everything without any error. From the feedback from the other person, it can be identified that the person way of talking is good or not (Phillips, 2014). From the research, it has been discovered that the way of talking reflects the education and knowledge level of one individual. The way a person talks, it reflects the various discoveries about that individual. By talking to one person, it can be analyzed that the person is rude, emotional, or arrogant. This analysis is made according to the way he communicates. If the person is talking in a polite and soft manner then he has the potential to consider as the good-natured with effective communication skills. From the communication, one can improve its way of doing the work. If other people are shouting and are not ready to listen to the other person, wants to tell then that person

All the values, which have been discussed above, reflect on the leaders and its style, which he is using ion the organization to get the work done by its subordinates. By having the proper way of talking and communication, leaders can able to make the subordinates influenced and get the work done by them easily. Leaders have the skill to get the work done by other with their proper guidance and communication with their subordinates and team members (Brettell & Hollifield, 2014). All the values, which have been discussed, have been playing an important role in developing the lives of individuals. From the above discussion, it can be concluded that the way we talk and communicate with each other reflects it in our works. Communication affects the working style of an individual. To get the success in the life one individual should have the right communication skills to remain attractive in the market. Communication makes the work effective in each place irrespective of whether it is profit motive organization or not. Communication is not only used in the organization but also applied to the NGO's, schools and in our day-to-day lives. The effect of communication is making the changes in the way we perform a particular job. Communication affects the leaderās style and their leadership in the organization. If the right strategy and skill have been adopted by the leaders then it will show in the performance of their team members. The clarity of thoughts and idea in the mind of the team members reflect the communication had between the team and its leaders. In this way, the team and the leader can grow and develop in the organization.
