Background
The Wirefire project is being considered for discussion in this project plan document. The
project involves the analysis of the current weather of Australia and provides insights about the
possible wildfire resulting from the extreme climate of the place. The system would be using the
big data analysis technologies for the deployment of the project.
Project Scope
The scope of the project are:
 The system would be able to detect the current weather specifications of the systems.
 The system would also be able to provide assistances to the metallurgical department
about the possible wirefires taking place in the region.
 The system would also be to perform an efficient analysis of the data that is recorded.
Project Deliverables
The project is scheduled to be delivered by Monday 6/25/18 and for a total budget of
$17,460.00. The project would be installed in the metallurgical department of Australia. The
project would be completed in 49 days.
Project Lifecycle Approach
For the development of the project waterfall model has been selected. This model is an
efficient lifecycle development model. This model is adopted as the budget and schedule of the
project is already defined. Additionally, there would be rare alteration in the project after the
project plan has been developed.
