Project summary
The paper mainly reflects on the organization “Yes Chemist Pty Ltd” which is one of the
pharmacies in South Melbourne. It is found that the main aim of the organization is to
provide proper health and beauty needs of the customers in addition to the pharmaceutical
services. In order to improve their services, the organization wants to implement S/4HANA
that would include HR, inventory management as well as accounting system by replacing the
systems that are presently used by the organization. In addition to this, the organization also
wants to add finance, HR, procurement as well as analytics modules. The project will
commence on 25 July 2017 and it is expected that the project will get completed within the
assumed date.

Completed tasks
It is found that as per the status report that is analyzed on 13-04-2018, it is found that
the project is 69% complete. The tasks that are completed are generally listed with the help
of below figure.
