INTRODUCTION
In respect of undertaking the matter related to communication, it is consisted to be one of
the major important aspects as through this procedure they build the strong relationship between
the customer and company. As company mainly, business attains through generating the
customer interest and also filling them in better perspective. Thus, in such manner they attain the
highest growth in emerging market (Block, 2016). Through the process of communication, it
helps in building new plans and ideas to engage the business in sustaining the activities for
longer time period. Communication can be either oral or written and it is necessary that it must
be clear and specific. Present report is based upon the case study of the SHDE Holdings as they
deal in business related to electrical supplier in which they provide services related to repair orals
carry physical stores. The report carries that they facing problems in respect of communicating
with internal and external matters. Thus, this report carries the matter related to undertaking the
report which carries the matters related to process of communication and also its agenda which is
to be carried in respect of further discussion.
TASK 1
A) Analysis of procedure of communication within company and barriers to communication
In respect of undertaking the matters related to process of communication within the
SHDE holding, the aspects which are carried by the organization in respect of improving the
internal communication is relating to providing training to the staff regarding the ways of
communication. As through these aspects this is one of the major issues which is faced by staff
in respect of not carrying the attitudes to convey their thoughts and ideas in better way (Borg and
Söderlund, 2015). As communication carries three major processes as sender, message and
receiver, as theses are major aspects in n respect of undertaking the matters in business. As
through the process of communication, it results in dealing in certain matters through these
aspects. In respect of transferring any information, it is necessary that the sender must be
properly skilled and also convey the thoughts in accurate languages. As the sender send the
messages to the receiver who undertakes the messages and then undertake the activities in further
perspective.
In such manner, the issue which is raised is relating to not undertaking the trained staff to
communicate properly. As most of the complaint are raised in respect of not getting right
delivery of their orders. This results in facing lack of skills in commuting with the customer and

also by this perspective they cannot resolve the issue if the customer properly (Drayton and
Santos, 2016). As customer mainly maintain their interest if their issues are resolved in better
way and also, they are guided regarding the company products in right way.
The barrier which is faced by organization in respect of communication is that of having
difference in culture values and norms. As every person belong to different caste or culture and
thus the language which they carry is also different. Thus, in such aspects the barriers are
assembled in respect of undertaking every person on the same path. Thus, in such aspects the
barriers which is faced by SHDE holding is related to not providing the right training to staff so
that they can deal with customer in better way (Felstead and et.al., 2019). They also appointed
such person which cannot send the timely feedback to the supplier regarding the quantity of the
products which they are ordering. For e.g. In respect of SHDE holding, the statement which is
reflected to not effectiveness of communication is examined through sending incorrect language
letter to supplier in respect of giving more order or sending the answers of their question raised.
Thus, in such aspects the statement is raised regarding not effectiveness of communication in
better way.
B) Methods of internal communication used for different purposes
In context of undertaking the matter related to internal communication, the aspects which
are undertaken is relating to trained the staff so that they can deal the matters easily and also
guide them to undertake the right strategies to enhances their skills. In respect of focusing more
on external communication, it is necessary to focus on internal matters such as by treating the
staff in better way, treat every individual as different and also respect their languages in right
manner (Gracia, Vázquez-Quesada and Van de Werfhorst, 2016). As most of the crises are raised
in respect of not giving freedom to staff in respect of presenting their reviews and thoughts with
their superiors. Thus, in such aspects the issue is raised regarding not disclosing nay such
information between the company members in better way. This results in lack of confidences in
dealing the matters individually which reflected in lack of carrying the communication skills.
In SHDE holding, the matters which they adapted is relating to not sending formal letter
to supplies as they are the key to success. As it is examined that before the situation to this
company is different as most of the employees are communicating with other staff in better way
and also, they maintain ethics and respect of communicating with any staff (Kanki, 2019). But in
recent times the situation is getting worse as most of the staff are not guided in right manner and
