This report discusses the various aspects of communication. It is fragmented into three tasks. The
task first analyses the theory of communication in which it evaluates the models and systems in
the organisations. It also accesses the different process and technology that can be used in the
business. There are certain barriers that lead to the ineffective communication. Task two
discusses the skills of communication and how the individuals communicate with other people.
