Communication models used in business and methods of communication
The business communication can involve variety of different communication models such as:

Circular business communication model: Business communication is a bidirectional process in which when receiver receives a
message or information from sender, then it provides some feedback to the sender. For successful business execution the quick
response of feedback is must. The circular business communication model is based on the feedback processing mechanism
involved in the business process(McQuail and Windahl, 2015).

Interactional business communication model: This business communication model was developed by Tubbs and Moss. In
interaction communication model, communication process is explained as information and message exchange between various
participants involved in business. In this model sender and receivers keep interchanging messages until the message or
information reaches it final destination. For instance sender 1 sends message to receiver 1. After certain processing receiver 1
acts as 'sender' and send back message to sender 1 which now acts as 'receiver' of the system.

Guetzkowr's and Collin group communication business model: This communication model gives an analysis of decision
making process along with communication, involved in business. This model consist of two segments. The upper segment
describe the cause of trouble, behaviour of groups involved and the output of external environment. On the other hand the lower
segment describes the behavioural aspects of public and interpersonal. This business communication model analyse the impact of
environmental and interpersonal barriers in behaviour of group communication in business(McQuail and Windahl, 2015) .

Business communication methods
Verbal: The business process in organisations involved various methods of communication. For expressing
views, decision-making and interacting with team members as well as with clients verbal communication is the
most common method. Verbal communication involves methods like conferences, meetings and presentations.
Non-verbal: Organisations also involves non verbal methods of communication. The appearance of sender and
receivers, facial expressions, gestures, eye contact are some attributes which are used to convey messages in
non verbal form of communication.
Digital: With digital transformation businesses are making an optimized use of electronic communication.
Communication tools such as emails, social networking sites, are time saving and efficient tools. These
communication tools even reduces the cost as it is very easy to use and implement these tools(Penrod, Tucker
and Hartman, 2017).
Face to face: Video conferences and face to face communication are also widely used tools for executing day
to day operations involved in business.
