INTRODUCTION
Communication is a best method of sharing information. Normally oral, written, visual
conversation are mostly used by organisation transformer data from one place to another. It is a
management responsibilities to develop action of plan to execute or develop strong
communication network at work place thus help to reduce conflicts, speed of transferring content
and many more. It is very beneficial to enhance employees satisfaction and productivity resulted
they achieve their target in limited period of time. In this report includes communication model,
system, method and its principles. Also cover oral conversation between interviewee and clients.
This assignment includes three formal written capabilities of individual.

Communication is a process which affect clients behaviour so that it very important for
an organisation to hire person those have higher skills of communication resulted they
appropriately close deal and get higher customer's satisfaction effectively. Oral conversation
mean one person has share data with mouth to others and they hear it. This process are done
simultaneously in which person says something and other listing them on same time. According
to report, interviewer has provide condition to interviewee in this they make oral communication
with clients those can not receive goods on time resulted buyer are not satisfy with organisation
services. That explain as follows:
Buyer: Hello...
Interviewee: Hello sir.....how can I help you.....
Buyer: I have purchase XXY product from your company five days before...... but till now,
delivery of that product should not be done...........
Interviewee: Okay sir..... let me check.......
Buyer: Check it properly and tell me what is your company policies, rule, ethics for their
clients............. I am very disappointed with your services........
Interviewee: Sorry for inconveniences sir, I am apologise on the behalf of organisation...... but
due to three holidays those are came simultaneously, delivering work are affected.......

Buyer: That is not my problem, when I buy that goods your sales person told me that delivery
process are done in 24 hours....... but it can not be done like that....
Interviewee: Sorry sir, I think there are some miscommunication are made..... due to holidays it
can not possible........ I will check all detail and book you as soon as possible statues due to this
your delivery are made first when it should start....
Buyer: Okay..make sure my delivering are done as soon as possible.....
Interviewee: Yes, sir....Thank you so much calling, I hope my assistance reduce your issues
effectively....Good day....
