This report evaluates the effectiveness of communication and training programs within an organization. The manager's decision to conduct a training program for internal employees has been reviewed, and feedback was provided to implement the total concept in a corrective manner. The evaluation has helped the organization achieve its training objective effectively by making necessary changes and implementing new technologies for production processes. This has provided M&S a competitive advantage over others as talented employees are incorporated into the company, and effective training enhances their competitiveness, which generates more sales for the company.
