1INFOGRAPHY Use of proper methods of communication skills helps the organization to work in an efficient manner so that the level of productivity can be increased to a great extent. Employees always look out for an opportunity to communicate with the management so that the mutual needs can be understood in a better manner. The benefits of using good communication skills are as follows: Helps in improving morale of the employees- The employees will show a positive attitude towards the work when they are communicated with on a constant basis. This can be done by providing them with a positive feedback for the upper management regarding the work that they doing within the organization. The efficiency in the process of communication will help the employees in understanding the nature of work that the organization is looking for from them. However, if no communication of process of feedbacks takes place within the organization then it may lead to conflict and tension within the work place (van den Eertwegh et al. 2015). Increase of efficiency- The managers have to communicate on a constant manner with the employees so that it can help in increasing their level of efficiency within the work place. The employees need to associate themselves with the goals and objectives of the organization so that they can achieve a better level of productivity within the organization. This will also result in increasingthelevelofprofitfortheorganizationaswell.Theuseofbetterskillsof communication will likely increase the idea of working in a team among the employees so that together they can achieve more for the organization (Perrona et al. 2015). Improving the work relationship- The use of better skills of communication will result in decreasing the conflicts and the gossips that can happen within the work place due to the poor

Honesty and Trust- Use of better skills of communication helps the work place in achieving an atmosphere of honesty and trust among the management and the employees. This is also reflected in the attitudes towards work that the employees have within the work place. The issues that the employees face within the organization can be discussed personally with them by the management so that they can be motivated within the organization to achieve a higher level of productivity (Jackson 2014). Establishesprofessionalism-Theuseofbetterskillsincommunicationshowsthatthe interpersonal skills are also increased among the employees and the management. The employers can connect with the employees in a better way so that they can be able to understand the problems faced by the employees, which needs to be eliminated so that it can result in increasing the level of productivity within the work place (Deveugele 2015).
