It has been noted that communication is one of the essential aspect in the 21st century that
enhance the market share of the company. The memo will emphasize on the maintaining the
overall flow of corporate communication. It has been evaluated that in the workplace,
communication and design system should be maintained as it can assist in attaining the
objectives. In the memo, the entire process of communication will be elaborated which is
important to be considered as it can maintain the culture of the company. In the article, the

workplace. It has been observed that it is essential to emphasize on implementing the strategies
so that competitive advantage can be maintained. Also, the report will focus on the analysis of
the two articles, which will be discussing the problems encountered by the leaders at the time of

will assist the leaders to implement the strategies which are effective in the workplace.
