INTRODUCTION
Teaching is that procedure in which teacher should have to used the most suitable
communication level with its learners. It makes sure that each and every learners can obtained
opportunity to be included in attaining the goals and the lesson. Thus, to transfer message to the
learners it is important to used communicating rather than writing handouts and speaking clearly.
In the communication process in which it included everything are meeting in the corridor, layout
of the classroom, way of talking with learners and dress code. Thereafter, communication can be
stated as a transferring a message from one person to other person. For this reason, it is needed to
adopts the most effective communication tool which makes sure that the message to be received
in a understandable manner.
MAIN BODY
1.Shannon and Weaver model
The Shannon and Weaver model is designed specially for communicating with sender to
receiver in most effective manner. The Noise factor are directly affecting the communication
procedure. Under this particular model it was established to enhance the technical
communication and after that it is using to apply in the communication field. Therefore, in the
communication process of Shannon and Weaver model that are mainly deals with the several
concepts that are involves in it are encode, decode, destination, information source, Noise,
Channel, message, transmitter, receiver, channel (Kennedy and McComb, 2010). However, the
model is designed in that there is a communication among the receiver and sender which encodes
the message for the purpose of sending it to receiver. Thereafter, it receipts ( decodes) the
message with the usage of medium channel. The main cause is the various types of noise which
directly disturbed encoding and decoding of the message in the process of communication. The
impacts of this is that it is misunderstand the message and that presents the inadequate feedback
to the sender of message.

The communication model of Shannon and Weaver are applying among the learner and
teacher. Under this the procedure of decoding and encoding among two persons are to be done in
variety of ways regard to speaking. It mainly includes are face gesture, smiling, eye contact,
writing on board, smiling, electronic message and body motion etc. The various types of noise
that can destructed among the encoding and decoding of message in communication channel that
are comes from learner behaviour. It mainly involves are sneezing, mobile phones, eating,
singing and shouting etc. Whereas, the another noise which disrupted the communication
channel that are comes from the crowd noise, thunder, buzzing and noise from motorway.
The Shannon and Weaver communication channel can be further explained by examples
in which the sender encoding the message that are transferring it to the senders with a medium
are technological channel such as telegraph and telephone. Thereafter, it can be converted by the
sender of message into code through receptor machine and its is also act a decoder. For instance,
sender is a brain which are mouth is a encoder that encoding message through a specific
language. Here, air is used as a communication channel and the receptor is a other person's ear in
that the brain act as receiver and decoder. Similar, air is used as a communication channel in that
the noise that disturbed which is presents in their environment that directly gives negative
feedback. Therefore, there is an another example in which there is a business who is a sender of a

message through message text via cellphone to their workers. The message describe that there is
meeting is organising for the propose of promoting brand. Thus, there is a noise presents which
disturb full message that are not received by the workers is a missing of phone network of a
businessman.
2.Theory of transactional Analysis
The transactional theory of Analysis is developed by the Eric Berne in year 1968 that
stated as three ego of the people are parent, child and adult. It can be define further in that the
three ego of individuals are reflecting personality and expressing three concepts of their life.
Thus, the parent is regarded as a 'taught' , child as a 'Felt' and adult is a 'thought' concepts of life.
The three ego are describe as follow:
 Parent: The parent can defines as a authority voice or it is a concept of life 'taught' that
are mainly constitutes attitudes and phrases accepted from uncle, aunties, teachers,
parents, neighbours and another people that directly influencing life of individuals.
 Adult: The Adult can be stated as thinker capability and that are acts which is based upon
'thought' concepts of life that control the parent and child.
 Child: The child can be defines as internal feeling and reaction that are 'felt' concept of
life that are constituents of feeling, hearing, emotions, seeing and others.
The communication among teacher with the learners they have to move towards the three
ego states for the same condition. For instance, the learner that are from tutor group who has a
better attendance. He wants to extended the date of assignment submission as he was suffered
from illness so, they would not maintain the submission on right time it was a due date.
Thereafter, the student directly contacted with the teacher on the due date in which it said that he
only managed pass question (Clarkson, 2013). He unable to completed the distinction and merit
question as he was suffered from illness past two days. Therefore, he do not want to loose the
resubmission opportunity on distinction and merit question. For this, he was concerned with his
teacher that they could find any solution for this particular situation. Thus, the approach regard to
this specific situation is different that are based upon the adult, child and parent ego states.
However, for this particular problem the approach used by the teacher among the three
ego states are adults state. Under this, they treat the learner as an adult in a respectful manner in
which discussed his problems with teacher. Thus, they offered the learner an opportunity to find
a solution to solve the specific problem. For this, the way of communication process among the

learner and teacher where there is adult to adult provides effective outcomes in solving the
problem of learner.
3. Emotional intelligence
The emotional intelligence is developed by the best know author named psychologist
Daniel Goleman and his book written in 1995 “Emotional intelligence”. Under this emotional
intelligence in which there is a capability to assess and control emotions of individuals in the
group. It includes a leadership skills and competences that are as follows- Self-awareness- It is needed that the teacher should have to know their students strength,
weakness and their own emotions that are directly impact the other people in a group. Self-regulation- It is needed that both teacher and learner should manager their own
impulses and disruptive emotions. Social skills- The teacher should have an ability to manage learner's emotions and assist
in move in another effective direction. Empathy- It is needed for the teacher to recognize as well as understand the learner's
feelings. Motivation- It is necessary for the teacher to motivate learners towards its achievement.
Thus, the teacher used emotional intelligence that assist them in deal with various types
of conditions regards to their learners. It able them to understand emotions and feeling of them
so, helps them in manage that leads to attain their goals.
For instance, the nature of a learner is very polite as she always avoid in answering
whenever the teacher asked questions. Thus, teacher asked question from her that why she
doesn't finished Distinction and Merit questions on time (Zeidner, Matthews and Roberts, 2012).
Thereafter, the teacher conducting activities for the learner for the purpose of enhancing their
capabilities. Under this, they start preparing various activities for the learner to do homework and
proper guidance so, they can able to answer each questions. Thereafter, the teacher needed to
gives positive comments and also praise her. Thus, it directly resultant into that they can
effectively able to answer each questions and at the end she was confident to attain higher grade
subject as well as attain the merit grade at the end.
CONCLUSION
Summarising the whole report it has been concluded that the Shannon and Weaver model
is designed specially for communicating with sender to receiver in most effective manner.
