Thus will eventually motivate the employees by increasing the informal communication. 2.Dissemination of videos and quotes that would be motivating for employee to grow - The information, quotes and motivating videos shared by higher authority to the employees will impact the everyday working mindset and motivation, especially for the new comers in the organization.
