The given reading is a pure example of the fact that it is important for a person to use
right words in the environment while talking to people. The article explained the ways in
which an employee can convert the negative responses into positive ones and increase the
impression in the environment. Many times situation appears when a person want to give
clear and straightforward answer to the other person, but this type of response could lead to
dissatisfaction in the mind of other person and ultimately generating conflict in the
environment. Additionally, the given paper highlight the importance of using right words in
the business environment and gaining benefits through it.
Bosses generally do not like hearing the word no or impossible, therefore, if the
employees will start to change these one word response in positive sentences then they image
would subsequently rise in the environment. Further, it should be noted that communication
plays the lead role in upraising the brand image of a person in the environment and gaining
their trust as well (Valenzuela, Bonezzi, & Szabó-Douat, 2018).

The employees in the business context should provide answers to the questions of the
top management in a very particular and positive manner. Simply stating the fact that it is
impossible to do something as per boss’s guidance might upset them because of the giving
behaviour of the employee. Therefore, if the employee would change their words from

impossible to something hopeful like “interesting, let's look at some other methods and see if
there are some alternatives to consider”, then it would make the bosses satisfied in the
environment.
It should be noted that always employees have been taught to be truthful and straight
forward in the business environment, however, many times they need to speak as per the
requirement so that respect of the boss is maintained while keeping the employee at best
possible position. When an issue occurs in business, the bosses do not look for the person or
the reason behind the issue, instead they work on finding best possible ways to resolve the
issue and never let that happen. Therefore, it is important for people to understand the need of
the situation and talk accordingly. The bosses are out there not listen that whose fault it was
but they want alternation solutions for the problems. Therefore, the employee will instantly
gain respect if they will start speaking with a problem solving approach (Agarwal, 2019).
The aim of this article is to make people understand that every word counts in a
business setting or any other environment. Hence, it emerges as a crucial need to present the
words that are committing and problem solving in the environment. It is rightly said that
words can either open the doors or slam them shut. It only depends upon the influential
message that a person shares to others in the society that attract them or detaches them.
Every person frame best case scenarios and stories in their mind in which they speak
the right words and impress all the people present on the table. However, opposite happens in
the real world situation because the bosses are unable to understand the words of the
employees and the employees face difficulty in expressing their beliefs to them.
Therefore, powerful usage of words could lead to shape the impression of people in
the environment. Good speakers can do well in the business scenarios because they know
what to speak when the bosses are extremely happy, sad or agitated. This powerful tool could
