Furthermore, in the respective report, the different kinds of issues which are being faced by the different employees in the organization are required to be discussed and this has been noticed that there has been differences and poor work relationships with the others. The report will help in analysing the different steps which are required to be taken by the company and the manager in improving the relationship among the workers as this helps in improving the morale of the employees. Problems Faced by Employees in Organization It has been seen that in the respective organization, there are different kinds of conflicts among the different employees who are having and facing different communication problemswiththeirsuperiors.Furthermore,therehasbeendiscriminationamongthe different workers in the workplace from the other members in the organization and this affects their morale and this is affecting the entire productivity of the organization in a negative manner as well (Baran & Baran, 2014). Furthermore, the employees are not performing the different activities in an effective manner as there is low motivation among the employees which is that the employees are not getting proper job satisfaction as well. The interpersonal conflict among the employees working in the organization are having different performance related issues as well and this has affected the entire performance of the organization in a negative manner (Berkenkotter & Huckin, 2016). Lastly, this has been noticed that the lower level employees are not being treated in the appropriate manner and it has been noticed that there is communication gap between the different employees and the superiors in the organization as well.

4 LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT Ways Through which Conflict can be Resolved There are different techniques and processed which can be applied by the organization along with the higher authorities which will help the company in managing the different interpersonal conflicts among the different employees and the higher authorities of the organization. It has been seen that the employees were not being satisfied with the different kind of treatment which was provided to them by the different higher authorities and this affected the entire productivity of the organization in a negative manner (Hargie, 2016). The manager of the respective organization needs to take different steps in the organization for improving the morale of the employees and try to motivate them as this will increase the overall productivity of the organization in an effective manner. The different steps which are required to be undertaken by the managers are as follows: Communication This is the first and foremost essential element which is required to be adopted by the managerastounderstandthedifferentdifficultiesoftheemployees.Theeffective communication is essential for the entire development of the organization and this will assist the managers to perform the different basic functions of the management such as planning, organizing, motivating and controlling the tasks in an appropriate manner (Hall, J. A., & Davis, 2017). Furthermore, the positive communication process helps in boosting the morale of the employees. It has been seen and noticed that communication helps in promoting motivation by clarifying and informing the different employees about the tasks which are required to be performed effectively. The communication plays a crucial role in altering the attitude of the employees and this will help the employees to socialise with the higher authorities in the organization in an appropriate manner (Habermas, 2017).
5 LEADERSHIP MANAGEMENT Consultation The consultation is the other essential element which is required to be achieved by the leaders in the organization includes involving and developing the people in the organization. There should be team huddle as the consultation is the central part in the process of management and this is of critical importance when the employees are dealing with the differentchangesintheworkplaceproceduresandpractices.Theconsultationinthe organization has included the various types of informal and formal communication structure through which the lower level employees can consult with the immediate bosses to discuss the relevant issues accordingly (Fussell & Kreuz, 2014). For instance:Suppose a lower level employee Mr. A is not satisfied with the different HR policies of the organization. Then, he can contact and consult with Mr. Y who is handling the HR department and this can solve the issues effectively. Cultural diversity of workers The cultural diversity of the workers in the workplace is essential in the workplace which is required to be adopted by the different employees as there can be diversity and this creates a positive impact on the organization (Forbes, 2015). The cultural diversity will help the employees and the organization to learn about the various aspects and perspectives of the work which will be performed by them and this will increase the morale of the employees in an effective manner as well. The diverse culture among the different employees help the organization to create efficiency in the culture of the organization and this increases the competitive advantage of the organization effectively (Dougherty, Stammer & Valente, 2018).

The employees who follows the different ethical practices in the organization, this helps the company in safeguarding the different assets of the workplace in a positive manner (de Vries, 2015). The workplace ethics which are followed by the employees in the organization helps in leading to the satisfied employees who enjoy coming to work and this includes the positive productivity of the organization as well. There should be different extra benefits provided to the employees such as providing the life insurance scheme for the employees and their family along with refreshments provided to them will help the organization to successfully implement these ethics and this will motivate the employees effectively (Cunningham et al., 2014). Winning the trust and confidence of workers The winning of the trust and confidence of the workers or the employees is essential in nature which is required to be performed by the employer in the organization. The employees are required to be trusted with the tasks which are performed by them and this helps in leading towards the positive production of the organization in an effective manner (Braithwaite & Schrodt, 2014). Furthermore, when the organization is being able to foster the trust between the different employees, this will help and assist in increasing the entire productivity of the organization and this will improve the entire morale of the employees which will help the employees to work more effectively and gain more competitive advantage for the entire organization (Berkenkotter & Huckin, 2016).

The effective interpersonal communication style is integral in nature to well-functioning and leads to high performance team as well (Berger, 2016). The interpersonal skills are essential in order to manage the different kinds of social interactions with the different colleagues both up along with down the business. This will help the manager in the organization to communicate without much difficulty with the higher authority and the work will be performed in an effective manner. Networking The networking plays a major role in the organization as this helps in managing the different kinds of issues faced by the employees effectively. The networking helps in becoming the support system as the career networking or the professional kind of networking includes the professional, academic and personal contacts to assist for the search of the job. In the workplace, the different networking is essential in nature which helps the employers of the organization to find the suitable candidates for the job role and this will motivate the employees in an efficient manner (Baran & Baran, 2014). However, this is the entire and sole responsibility of the manager to create network with the past or the co- workers and this will improve the entire morale of the employees to perform in an effective manner without much difficulty. For instance-When a new employee is joining the organization, this will be better for the employee to consult with the ex-employee to get to know on the different aspects which are followed by the organization along with the different policies of the organization.

The different strategies which can be adopted by the respective organization are as follows: ï‚·Collaborating is the first technique as the teamwork helps in achieving the different objectives of the organization in an easy manner. ï‚·Compromising is the second strategy wherein both employer and employees need to work jointly to achieve the common goals ï‚·Accommodating is the third technique wherein working towards the common goal is essential in nature to be more productive ï‚·Competing is the other strategy in which when the goals are essential, this is essential to work jointly to achieve the goals ï‚·Avoiding is the last strategy wherein the conflicts are required to be avoided by addressing the issues in an effective manner Relevant legislation There should be different appropriate legislations made by the company for the employees who are working in the organization as this will motivate the employees to perform in a better manner in the future. The health and safety of the employees is essential in nature which is required to be adopted by the organization as this will show that the higher authorities care about the employees and they are being valued. The anti-discrimination policy is required to be adopted by the organization for the employees as this will assist them in managing the grievances of the employees in an efficient manner.
