the company and the manager in improving the relationship among the workers as this helps
in improving the morale of the employees.
Problems Faced by Employees in Organization
It has been seen that in the respective organization, there are different kinds of
conflicts among the different employees who are having and facing different communication
problems with their superiors. Furthermore, there has been discrimination among the
different workers in the workplace from the other members in the organization and this
affects their morale and this is affecting the entire productivity of the organization in a
negative manner as well (Baran & Baran, 2014).
Furthermore, the employees are not performing the different activities in an effective
manner as there is low motivation among the employees which is that the employees are not
getting proper job satisfaction as well. The interpersonal conflict among the employees
working in the organization are having different performance related issues as well and this
has affected the entire performance of the organization in a negative manner (Berkenkotter &
Huckin, 2016). Lastly, this has been noticed that the lower level employees are not being
treated in the appropriate manner and it has been noticed that there is communication gap
between the different employees and the superiors in the organization as well.
