INTRODUCTION
A community service agency is considered as an agency which may or may not
directly gives the services to clients, but community services agencies are significantly
responsible for their provision, whether directly, administratively or via allocation of funds and
capital. NGO’s are refers as the service provider who are works for social wellbeing instead of
earning profit and growth (Groh, Stallwood and Daniels, 2011). NGO’s are concern on providing
appropriate health care services to the people at global level in order to improvising their health
care condition. Heath care organizations are work for rendering various like of health benefits
like mental, psychological and physical benefits to the people who are suffering from any kind of
issues and conflicts. Oxfam is the chose organisation for this particular report, it is a
confederation of around 20 in dependable charitable firms, which are focusing on the alleviation
of global poverty. The organisation was established in the year of 1942 and led by Oxfam
international. It is a nonprofit organisation, which mainly works for providing nonprofit health
care services to the people and make proper improvement in their condition. The major motive of
health care organisation is to providing satisfactory services to the needy people who are
suffering from any kind of issues or dieses. Oxfam is owned by the government or its authorities
are conducting their operations through the funds that are provided by the charity or trusts.

Purpose of the Research: The research into consideration is based on the role of NGO’s
in providing effective health care services to the people at global level. This kind of community
agencies are concern about offering quality health care facilities to the domestic, as well as
outsider people without considering the purpose of profit. The major purpose of this research is
to demonstrating the knowledge base of learner in the specified area of study. NGO’s are
contributing at all stages of the research cycle, fostering the relevance and effectiveness of the
research, priority setting, and knowledge translation to action (Ferguson, Kim and McCoy,

2011). The specified area of study helps the learner in developing their skills and knowledge
base which helps them attaining their future goals in appropriate manner. In this major target
groups are the people who are economically not stable to take appropriate treatment for making
their living good. In this stakeholders are also involved who are providing appropriate amount of
funds and capital to provide easy services to their significant customers. Charitable trust, banks,
government institutions are involved who are contributing their significant efforts in developing
the condition of people at global level (Green, Miller and Aarons, 2013). These kinds of firms
are funded by charitable trust and communication gap may cause various issues and conflicts
among the organisation and its stakeholders. It is the major responsibility of organisation to
create an effective communication channel so that the flow of information can be created in
appropriate manner.
Ethical Concern: This also considered to be the major issue which has a huge influence on the
operations of the firm, as it is the major obligation of the researcher is to providing assurance to
their targeted people about safety and security of their personal information. Researcher also
should have considered the time and cost so that proper implementation of project or its activities
can be done. Proper management of time and cost are helpful in reaching at the potential
outcome of the research.

are explained in the form of statement. This helps the researcher in providing a significant
direction to complete the research work in effective manner. The significant aim of the research

Persuasive Research: The major purpose behind persuasive or argumentative research is to
provide proper direction to the reader about the specified area of study with a proper reason.
Persuasive research is effective in describing common aspects that clarify the appropriate value
of the research topic which create value for the audiences to see the actual position of the paper.
Logical Research: This implies that the investigation is assisted by the rules of logical reasoning
and the logical process of deduction and induction. Induction is considered as the process of
reasoning from a single part of the whole whereas deduction is refers as the process of reasoning
through the premise (Verdugo and et. al., 2012).
The present research is based on persuasive research as in this proper argument is provided on
the research issue. This tool is effective in providing proper description on a research with
appropriate justification of argument.
The major targeted group for this particular research is the people who are suffering any kind of
issue that related with mental care, physical care or any other health related issues. As a large
service provider company Oxfam is widely concern on analyzing the health condition of people
and provide better health care treatment without taking any kind of charge. Oxfam and its higher
authority are also concern on making appropriate amount of funds and capital in order to
providing effective and possible treatment to their clients.
CONCLUSION
From the above given analysis it has been concluded that the major purpose of
community service agency is to providing services and products to the people without
considering the aspects of profit. Community agencies are create for offering effective health
care and other kind of services to the people in respect to making their living good and easy.
NGO’s plays vast role in improvising the economic condition of a country through maintaining
the wellbeing of people.
