INTRODUCTION
People and organization is one of the most important factor of organization which means
that they have to make effective strategies so that they can sustain in market for long time period
in organization. In other words, it can be said that the main aim of the report is that they have to
determine the conditions. So, that they can effectively perform their duties. In this report, Oxfam
is taken as a base consideration. Oxfam, established in 1942 and headed by Oxfam International,
is a confederation of 20 independent humanitarian organizations dedicated to relieving global
poverty. It is a large charitable organization with a diverse range of activities. The report
includes the impact of globalization and its social, politics power and culture. On the other hand,
there are organizational culture and leadership. The theory of organizational effectiveness and
the report also include the reflection on group work. There is also a personal reflection on
employment.

Organizational context
Impact of Globalization: Globalization is referred to characterize the increasing inter exchange
in products and services, technologies and movements of expenditure, persons and knowledge
between the markets, societies or peoples of the world, and within them (Impact of globalisation,
2019). Globalization is boosting competitiveness. This rivalry can refer to the expense of
products and services, price and target market, technical adjustment, rapid reaction, fast business
development, etc. In context to Oxfam, they are rapidly providing municipal services, such as
drinking water and increased sanitation, historically government-related which impacts
positively on the organisation. However, it impacts as metrics of success for the productivity,
efficiency, creativeness and flexibility of employees. NGOs have significant issues with the use
of communication technology (Firth, 2021). Their shortage of allocated funds to buy facilities or
equipment, their lack of skilled personnel, lack of resources and interest are well recognised.

Whole organization
The rational and social organisation: Oxfam concentrate on international poverty
alleviation. Selected organisation has followed some rights such as the right to safe means of
subsistence, right to fundamental social care and the right to self-defence and welfare the
right to an image. Oxfam believes injustice and impotence should be avoided by human
intervention and public seems to and could be eliminated (McCormack, 2017). It insists in
the right to sustainability and in the duty and ability to engage in communities as a
fundamental human rights and responsibilities that could be fulfilled, and to bring good
improvements in human livelihoods. Oxfam argues that stability and drastic elimination of
weapons are key growth requirements and that differences between developed and
developing nations as well as between states can be substantially decreased (Kooij and Boon,
2018). Oxfam's activities include commercial rights, fair competition, jobs, debts and
support, subsistence, wellbeing, Infection, equal treatment of genders, conflicts and weather
events, democratic values, and global warming. Oxfam supports societies to become
economically more autonomous through initiatives such as "Save for Change." Saving for
Change is a system that enables societies to learn how to create collaborative, voluntary loan
groups.
Power and Politics: Organizational power is the capacity to affect the action or activity
through another participant. Organizational policies apply to a person’s self and agendas in a
company, regardless of the effect on the organisation's goals to accomplish its objectives.
Oxfam is a worldwide citizen network that works collectively to eliminate poverty injustices.
So long as none on the world will keep living away from poverty, we will not hesitate.
Oxfam assumes injustice and impotence will be avoided by human intervention and political
will and could be eliminated.
Governance, organisational culture and organisational leadership: Good governance in
a charitable organisation which is Oxfam may take place. The Trustee Board in selected
company is necessary for successful governance, but it relies on several specific individual’s
employees, donors, consultants and investors (Matthews, Stanley and Davidson, 2018).
Governance is an expression in which the position of representatives is described the
charity's long-term management, and its goals or purposes. A charitable organisation is
