INTRODUCTIONCommunity development project is a sustainable instrument that helps to enhance theliving condition of people and upgrading the economic status of different group of communities.The objective of this project is to look after and make precaution for the unprivileged ordisadvantageous group of society via adequate planning and implementation of plans. For thebetter understanding of topic Solidarities International topic has been selected which is basicallynon profit organisation. The role of respective organisation is to look after the basic need andsupport the weaker section of society that have faced natural disaster or conflict. Thispresentation contain the analyses of community development project for the better performanceof project (Arensberg, 2017).MAIN BODYCommunity of project developmentSolidarities International strengthen the condition of local community by takingemergency actions and support the people by helping them to recover from life threateningsituation caused due to natural calamity. The organisation mainly concentrate on the sanitationfacility by offering clean drinking water and food facility to the local resident. The companyassist the local community to gather their inner strength and withstand in order to bounce backagainst the crises and lead the normal life by facing the obstacles successfully. The reasons for projectThe main reason for the functioning of an organisation or preparation of project is naturalcalamity that destruct the lives of the people and leave them homeless (SolidaritiesInternational, 2018). Like approximately 345 of the destruction takes place due to flood and overlast decades such disaster destructed the lives of around 317 million people. So basically, thereason of project against natural disaster is to incorporate the risk and make numerous schemesin order to maintain the suitability. The purpose of such schemes is to identify the destructionthat can be caused and effectively take the precaution to reduce the negative implication orchances of such disaster within stipulated time period. For instance, within the drought areas ofKenya the role of community development project is to create adequate water managementcommunities so that local community do not bear from the scarcity of water.
