INTRODUCTION
The present report is based on the topic community engagement which means it is a
process of collaborative working among different types of groups better based on geographic
proximity, similar situation to address issues and special interest data affecting well beings of
people. It can be also said that it is a powerful vehicle that gives information about the
behaviour and environmental changes which will result in improving health of community
along with its members. Further it also involves coalitions end partnership which will help in
mobilizing resources along with influence system that will result in changing relationships
among partners on the other hand it also serves as catalyst or changing practices, policies and
programs. Community is the broad term that is used to define different groups of people that
are citizen groups, its stakeholders and interest groups. Community engagement is also
known as strategic processes which have specific purpose of working that is identified in
different groups of people. in the report we will do the reflection that is based on various
aspects of community services, principles among new living standards for bringing change in
society and also fundamental diversity. The present report will focus on The self reflection
that is based upon what we have learned at the time of doing the research on Red Cross
company. That is related to what are the practices that are used by the organization related to
community engagement within global domains, for bringing overall productive change.
Reflection analysis
The project done on Red Cross has enabled me to identyify varied scale new skills
and leranings within various working scenarios, where rfletcive analysis will enable complete
detailed analsyis. Further, reflective analaysis within various skills parameters will bring on
functional growth horizons where there are varied paradigms whcih can be analysed. Gibbs
reflective analysis will enbale us to identify new skills, ideas and efficiency developed among
working behaviours with varied scale functionl aspects. It can be understood that reflective
analysis plays strong role for identifying new profound areas within working skills, new
raised up parameters and also towards technical diversity. Gibbs reflective model analysis
can be discussed as follows based on 4 steps in model whcih can be understood as stages for
idetifying new learnings, skills and aspects learned form reserach done on social organisation
Red Cross.
