INTRODUCTION
The report aims to analyse the importance, Benefits and challenges of community
engagement. This shows that the community programmes are necessary for the growth and
development of the society. Society collaboration is essential in order to promote welfare,
kindness and charity. These kinds of programmes are provided by NGO 's who work for other
people benefits and provide them necessary assistance. In today's world, the society and the
people are going with many life threatening problems which involves corruption, health and
safety issues, public safety, discrimination and other issues related to crimes and unwanted
activities(Wu, Fan, and Zhao, 2018). Therefore, charitable organisation are prone to help people
in getting justice and live a better life. This report is going to elaborate the work done by Marie
curie foundation which is a charitable trust of UK. They provides health and social care facilities
to the people who are threatening with life and ill. The company was incorporated in 1948 to
help people across London. The report is going to analyse the key operations of the company and
how it contribute in engaging community. Also, there will be demonstration of stakeholders
benefits, community principles and relationship which helps in better engagement and
collaboration.

Description of the project
Community engagement is a crucial practice for society and people. Marie curie
foundation takes courage to help people who are suffering from serious illness and dying stages.
They enable programmes in which people come together to help each other and make their
experience and life worth living. They provide health care facilities, infrastructures and daily
essentials to those who have health issues (Nuuyoma, and Makhene, 2021). They make many
petition in which, the foundation believes in giving a satisfactory death and make their some
days memorable. They do not let anyone die with poverty, any mental trauma and regrets in life.
This way, they make it easier for people to be motivated towards living life by giving hopes for
good. Marie Curie foundation has believe in giving utmost care and support throughout their
lifespan. It is one of the largest charitable foundation which enable life research for identifying
