INTRODUCTION
Social work and community programme are essential for society development as these
programmes and community welfare engagement drives out best into the economy where people
suffer with many life situation. These community and charitable programmes could be related
with any services or charities which will result in helping and providing assistance to local
people. There are many hurdles and consequences an individual face throughout its life which
could not get solved individually and require much support of society in which they live.
Therefore, social business, charitable trust and institutions play vital role in delivering life
saviour services. This report is going to be on one of popularly known charitable organisation of
UK, British Heart Foundation is operated in 1961(Barth, Bond, . and Vincent, 2019). it is a
charitable institution that look for the health of patients suffering form heart diseases and aims to
beat heart breakdown by providing treatment, prevention, programmes and researches centre to
aware people about its cure at initial stage. This report is going to present the relationship
engagement, knowledge, skills, training and development programmes that the organisation
regulate to deliver effective services through social media programmes.

Identification of Engagement and relationship with stakeholders
Stakeholders are the vital part of a busies firm whether it is working on profitable or non
profitable basis. These stakeholders makes their contribution in increasing financial funding and
immense support to the business through which they could stand to achieve goals and targets.
Stakeholders relationship consist connecting with them at regular basis which is necessary to
make aware about changing policies, strategies and practice of organisation. Stakeholders does
not involve in day to day working or take active participation to carry out business activities but
they make their efforts in supporting and guidance wherever necessary. British Heart Foundation
have many stakeholders that contribute in their charitable trust which include large firms, Mnc
and private institution or universities who approach them to conduct sessions and programmes
in order to teach and aware students about heart diseases(Bhagwan, 2017). So that, managing
these stakeholders are important which is quite time consuming to fulfil tier expectation and
make them updated about every single activity. In order to manage relationship and
