Executive Summary
The following report focuses extensively on a community service project aimed towards a
community of young adults engaging in antisocial behavior. Prior to the implementation,
strategies of psychological therapies, community service programs and direct participation in
decision-making will be considered. Funding will be acquired from local governmental bodies
and contacts of various youth centers and health professionals will be acquired. Interventions in
the form of family, psychological and community based therapies will be delivered. Feedback
strategies and follow up by community workers will be used for evaluation of the project.

Introduction
An upbringing of domestic violence, abuse and disrupted family networks are notable
causative factors and community services and adequate social care practices have been outlined
as beneficial intervention approaches for antisocial behavior management (Humayun et al.
2017). The following report aims to considered key strategies of planning, delivering and
evaluating a community service project for young people engaged in antisocial behavior in a
community service organization in Dublin, Ireland.
Discussion
Planning
The target population for the community service project in Dublin, Ireland is a
community of young adults engaged in antisocial behavior. Hence, prior to the implementation
of community services, the following strategies have been planned for future execution.
Strategies
The community workers must enlighten themselves and plan about social support and
social learning strategies. Some of the key characteristics of a community include prevalence of
shared and common values, a closely knit idea of acceptance, belonging and mutual support
across members and a strengthened feeling of unity associated with conductance of strong
interpersonal communication and organized interactions (Fanti, Evaghorou and Andreou 2017).
Hence, considering the sense of community and mutualism among a group of young people
engaging in antisocial behavior, community health workers must implement intervention
strategies for the group as a whole and not just individually. Hence, social support group
