Introduction
 Difference between the health facilities among the various group of
people is known as health inequalities.
 Distribution of health resources are done on the basis of arising
social circumstances in which citizens are born, live, work and grow.
 Social health inequalities are closely related to mortality, higher
occurrence of mental illness, violence, use of illicit drugs, homicide,
lower life expectancy, lack of trust in health care professionals, less
social mobility and teenage pregnancy.

Inequalities in HSC
 Specific group of people who are facing health inequalities faces
difficulty in getting health care and this is how it increases the mortality
rate. According to socially relevant groupings the aspect of health varies
to the different group of people and it also causes health issues.
 Social differences are based on differences in religion, races and tribes.
Equal distribution of health among people is required to improve health
outcomes as well as it also enhances the patient health experiences (Ortiz-
Hernandez, Ayala-Guzman and Perez-Salgado, 2020).

Lower life expectancy
 Common life expectancy totally depends on the region where
an individual is born in. Life expectancy is influenced by the
socioeconomic background.
 This is the reason of differences in living conditions, health
care services and income (Came, Matheson and Kidd, 2021).

Difficulty in getting healthcare
 Discrimination based on races and tribes may lead to delay in treatment and diagnosis
 Racism
 Preventable death
 Lower income

Conclusion
 From the above report it is concluded that social and health's equities is
defined as unequal distribution of health care facilities among different
group of people results poor health outcome.
 It has been observed that distribution of health care facilities are done on
the basis of the area where an individual is born. To eliminate the health
inequalities it is required to bring awareness among public and health care
providers that it is very important to distribute health resources equally
among different group of people.
