presentation will explain the system of producing food for banquet or conference,
factors that impacts organization of conference or banquet, and Ergonomic factors
that affects conference or banquet.

It refers to the process of producing food items by converting the raw material into
ready-made food products so that, it can be directly consume by the people. Service
on a plate will use various methods for producing food items for the event of
Birthday Celebration.
Cook-chill-
It is one of the method of producing food items. It is one of the safe way and also
helps to maintain the quality of food items. Under this method company will firstly
prepare the food then it will store it under for chilling under controlled temperature.
It helps to retain original taste and texture of food items.
Cook-freeze-
It is another method that can be used by Service on a plate company for preparing
food for the event of birthday celebration. Under this method, food is produced,
packed and frozen at the same time. If the consumer want to consume the food they
