Along with this it will also help inmaintaining effective working condition which increases productivity of employees that leads toattainment of goal and objective properly (Binder, 2016). Organisation taken for this assignmentis The River Cafe which is situated at Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, London, UnitedKingdom. It is owned and operated by Ruth Roger and Rose Gray and it is specialised in Italiancuisines. The main aim of conducting this research is to identify various ways which helprespective cafe in managing conflict in proper manner so that it will leads to enhancement inproductivity and profitability. For this researcher develop questioner and collect information aswell as data for identifying proper information about the topic. BackgroundConflict management is described as a procedure or method which is adopted by a formmanager in order to develop and maintain proper working environment which have minimumconflict situation. The River Cafe is operated by Ruth Rogers and Rose Gray and it is situated atBorough of Hammersmith as well as Fulham, London, United Kingdom. It provide variety offood and drinks but it is specialised in Italian cuisines and fine wine which will be serve at airyriverside location. It is also consider as classic Italian restaurant which offer its food as well asdrinks with outdoor dining.
