This research proposal analyzes the impact of conflict management system on employee relation of organizations, with a case study of Coca Cola. It aims to understand the concept of conflict management, evaluate different types of conflict management approaches, and analyze the relation between conflict management and employee relation in a company. The research methodology includes a positivist research philosophy, deductive research approach, survey research strategy, mixed method analysis, and primary and secondary data collection. The potential findings of this research can contribute to the development of strong employee relations and complete organizational targets.
