Present research is taken in to consideration on new and the innovative ways of working for
attaining the strategic approach to talent management. It helps in give the better
understanding related to strategic approach related to the talent management. In this,
researcher conduct an investigation from personal and professional viewpoint. Researcher
conduct an investigation from personal context for enhancing knowledge and skills. In
professional context, researcher perform the research activities so that in future it can not
face any issue and getting positive results.

Concept of talent management
According to Elizabeth Quirk (2019) Talent management concern with the management of
human resource in an organisation. It has been said that it is the employees who takes the
company to very next level. It is concerned with acquiring the right people and putting them
at the right place in company. TM task is also to predict the number of work force needed,
organise and handle the recruitment process. Not only this, TM team is also responsible or
training and development of employees. Making them acknowledge about company's
policies, regulations, candidate job profile, employee pay, solving any sort of grievance and
the like.

As per opinion of Ethan Chen (2020) Talent management provides the many benefits to The
