to recruit, hire and retain most talented and best employees who have efficient skills in the field
of their work. Thus, many strategic approaches are adopted and implemented by a business
organisation to set out better talent management (Ardyanfitri and Wahyuningtyas, 2018). The
current project is based on Tesco plc which is a well known multinational retailer and provider of
groceries and general merchandise with main headquarter situated in the Welwyn Garden City,
Hertfordshire, England, United Kingdom. The current project consists of determination of aim
and objectives based on the theme of talent management along with providing a detailed and
effective project management plan with the purpose of meeting set objectives through
emphasising on the cost, quality, time, scope and other vital aspects of a project. Apart from this,
use of Gantt chart and Work breakdown structure are also made for setting better time frames
and stages of completion for current project. Beside this, a small scale research us also
undertaken and conducted through making use of secondary and primary form of data to meet
and accomplish set objectives. At last, proper presentation and analysis of research findings are
also provided to reach and form a valid conclusion and viable set of recommendation along with
providing a reflection in the value and own learning undertaken while performing current
investigation.
