Purpose of the project
 The paper mainly focuses on the
construction of a building for Wesfarmers in
order to provide the facility of warehouse.
 The warehouse facility is needed by the
company “Wesfarmers” for the purpose of
storing materials and goods.
 It is identified that the design of the
building is done in order to accommodate
need for future loading docks, truck space
as well as car parking space.

Project background
 The organization “Wesfarmers” started its
journey in the year 1914 and now it is
considered as one of the largest companies of
Australia.
 It is identified that with expansion, the
company faces difficulty in storing goods as
well as products.
 For resolving this issue, the company wants to
construct a building in Australia, which would
be helpful for providing the facility of
warehouse so that the products and materials
of the companies can be easily stored.
