Introduction Introduction (300 words) Management is the control on the business activities of the organisation. The people who control and manage everything is kn own as manager. It is group of individual who over see the challenges and opportunities in the organisation. Construction manager is the professional who looks the construction activities such as roads, buildings and their structures(Araújo, Carneiro and Palha, 2020). They have to make sure about the construction work that if they are running efficiently or not. They plan, coordinate, and manage every aspects of construction work. They direct the construction workers and takes the responsibility of the whole process. role of construction manger play an essential role at workplace. This report include the different management techniques that are being employed by the manager. Moreover this also includes the behaviour and ethics of construction manager which also involve the advantage and disadvantages of these techniques and the challenges that are being faced by the construction managers at the construction site. Further this report provide an overview of management of health and safety , manual handling operations , and health regulations. Construction manager plays an important role in the health and safety management at the workplace. Construction manager is the one who overview everything at the construction site, they manager every little things with full panning which gives the result of effective constructed building, road or anything for which the contract has made.
