Part 1:
Project introduction
The paper focuses on the construction of Chinese restaurant in London, UK. It is
found that the Chinese restaurants which are generally present in Australia are very much
expensive and therefore the middle-class people face difficulty in affording food in the
existing Chinese restaurants. In order to resolve this issue, a new Chinese restaurant will be
constructed in London. The restaurant that will be constructed will be able to provide
different types of Chinese food in a proper ambience within a reasonable price.

Part 2:
State the selected activity
It is found that the framework for the restaurant is generally constructed by taking the
Chinese theme. It is found that in order to execute this activity of the project, it is very much
important to apply the processes of project management that generally includes initiation,
execution, monitoring as well and closing phase. It is found that in the planning phase, cost as
well as time needed for developing the framework is identified however in the project
initiation phase, proper meeting is arrangement with the stakeholders of the project. In the
project execution phase it is found that the framework for the restaurant is developed as per
the Chinese theme. Furthermore, in the monitoring phase, the executed activity is monitored.
Lastly in the closure phase, stakeholder sign off as well as project documentation are
generally done for closing the project.
