Introduction
 The major focus of this report is to construct a coffee shop. It has been
decided that the coffee shop will construct in Lara in Geelong in Australia.
 For completion of this coffee shop, the total land is allocated of 1,750
square feet.
 For the overall construction project of coffee shop, the budget is
estimated at $100,000. With the project manager assistance, the project
has to complete within six months.
 Here, in the case project, project manager, finance manager play as
stakeholder.
 The project represents the work break down structure.

Scope of the project
 The main scope of this project is to construct a coffee shop in
the location of Lara in Geelong.
 The main purpose of the coffee shop is to provide a high
quality coffee as well as breakfast, lunch within the
reasonable prices so that it is easy for the customers to buy
such food items.
 For this entire construction, the allocated land is 1,750
square meter which is enough space for providing services to
100 customers at a time.
 To construct this coffee shop, the amount of budget will
allocate at $100,000.

Scope of the project
 It needs to complete the entire project within the
time frame of six months.
 It needs to provide the best quality performance for
entire duration of the project
