Introduction
Global mega tends for rising different platform and make systematic changes as per the
role of technology, climate change, demographic shifts and many other process that make an
impact on the skill and work style demands. When an individual is working in a team at their
workplace, then they are needed to developed different skills and knowledge for understanding
about the concepts. This report covers the reflection on the development of skills, gained
knowledge, increased level of confidence and future development (Cai, 2021). I am working as a
cleaner supervisor in metro bank with the team of two more people. This reflection report is
helpful for analysing my performance in the team and solve the business problem which I faced
at my workplace. In last I identify the three skills gaps or area which I needed to be improved for
the growth of future development. Furthermore, with the use of plan of action I try to fill these
gaps in the future development area.
Task 1
Skilled developed or enhanced
Having a position of cleaner supervisor in Metro bank, is very helpful for the growth and
development of mine. I identify the different skills which I used and developed during the
process of completing my job responsibilities. I have gained the leadership skilled and always try
to achieve my goals in the specified time period. At metro bank, I have analysed different type of
problems which can be analyse systematic changes in an effective manner. I gained some
effective skills which are helpful for me and enhanced my future activities in an effective
manner. I have developed coordination, which help myself to coordinate with others and gain
their trust in an effective manners. Another skill that I developed is make effective service
orientation and help the people who are facing issues. In last I think I have developed judgement
and decision making skills which are helpful for making effective decisions and get benefits for
the most appropriate ones (Hendriarto and et.al., 2021).
Development in myself
In the starting, I have no idea about how to review the other works, how to maintain them
and how to use the machinery that are used in the process of cleaning. With the help of skill sets,
I have developed the various knowledges, abilities and experience that could be beneficial for the
growth of my professional development. I analyse the different skills set that make a growth in
