Introduction Global mega tends for rising different platform and make systematic changes as per the role of technology, climate change, demographic shifts and many other process that make an impact on the skill and work style demands. When an individual is working in a team at their workplace, then they are needed to developed different skills and knowledge for understanding about the concepts. This report covers the reflection on the development of skills, gained knowledge, increased level of confidence and future development (Cai, 2021). I am working as a cleaner supervisor in metro bank with the team of two more people. This reflection report is helpful for analysing my performance in the team and solve the business problem which I faced at my workplace. In last I identify the three skills gaps or area which I needed to be improved for the growth of future development. Furthermore, with the use of plan of action I try to fill these gaps in the future development area. Task 1 Skilled developed or enhanced Having a position of cleaner supervisor in Metro bank, is very helpful for the growth and development of mine. I identify the different skills which I used and developed during the process of completing my job responsibilities. I have gained the leadership skilled and always try to achieve my goals in the specified time period. At metro bank, I have analysed different type of problems which can be analyse systematic changes in an effective manner. I gained some effective skills which are helpful for me and enhanced my future activities in an effective manner. I have developedcoordination, which help myself to coordinate with others and gain their trust in an effective manners. Another skill that I developed is make effectiveservice orientationand help the people who are facing issues. In last I think I have developed judgement and decision making skills which are helpful for making effective decisions and get benefits for the most appropriate ones (Hendriarto and et.al., 2021). Development in myself In the starting, I have no idea about how to review the other works, how to maintain them and how to use the machinery that are used in the process of cleaning.With the help of skill sets, I have developed the various knowledges, abilities and experience that could be beneficial for the growth of my professional development. I analyse the different skills set that make a growth in 3
my profession of supervising the team. Customer service, Organisation, Time management, Collaboration and Problem solving approach. These all skills are considered under the skill set development (What Is a Skill Set?, 2021).During the process and as the time spent, I have gained the specified knowledge about the above mentioned process. I tried to identify the issues and gain more knowledge related to appropriate knowledge and perspective to grow and use systematic approaches in different ways. I research on the materials, machinery and team work skills (Makhachashvili, 2021). So that, I am able to communicate with my team members and resolve their issues while working in a team. At the initial stages I am afraid with the working responsibilities and completing my role in an efficient manner. But now, I am able to do my own task with appropriate job description and gained specified information in an effective manner. Level of confidence When I completed my assigned task and responsibilities in an effective and completed then I feel motivated and confident. For improving different platform and make systematic changes for improving confidence. I have gained different confidence that are helpful for challenging nature and improve my confidence while improving on my own skills and abilities. This is beneficial for the activities to learn different platform and gained knowledge that helps myself for feel confident and enhancing my growth. Further, metro bank provide the training and development session for provide the growth in business activities and solve the business problems. As my main responsibilities are related to manage my team workers task, ensure that everyone wear the mask and disinfectants the things as per the rules of WHO. All of these activities and successful nature of my job roles are helpful for completing challenge and motivate myself and build the level of confidence for future development (Mellander and Florida, 2021). Future development These learning which I have mentioned above are helpful for me to make my career more successful. I have learned different things while associated with the supervisor position, as it help myself for make a coordination with team members, considered the effective decision making policies and achieve applicabilities to work in an systematic ways. This job role provide me the significant aspects and growth in the context of an educator, as this job provide the relevant knowledge and opportunities for the different platforms. Being a sponsor, coach, consular and a director of the department. All of these help for the me to make a systematic and approachable future development in appropriate manner. For this they try to never make a bad impact of their own stress on the other team members. In order to gain the stress tolerance ability to thrive in different situations and change with different uncertainty, performance demands and change in management (Loveall and Barton-Hulsey, 2021). I try to gain the challenge and make systematic growth in analysing the challenge and provide appropriate growth in stress tolerance subjective in suitable manner. Communication:This is the most important skills which are needed and used by the organisations but the employer feel gaps in finding this skill. I analyse that good communication is the process for understanding the behaviour and encourage the better understanding within the team work (Cabrero, Sanmartín and Segura, 2021). This is one of the most important thing to developed and resolve the conflicts and try to respect, inspire and make an allocative ideas for the flourish nature and development in the team management process. I tried to work and make systematic growth while using proper formal and informal communication and achieve growth in the same (Four Types of Skills Gaps: Are You Attacking the Right One?, 2021). But at the same time, I feel to gain more strategies and skill for using this to enhance my future growth. Propose a plan of action An action plan is the activity which contain the list of skills and its steps that must be taken for achieving a specific goal in future. The main purpose of this is to arrange the resources, formulate the time plan and determine the resources in an effective ways (Todorov, 2021). This show that having the position of supervisor in a team is able to analyse their own skills, growth cooperation, stress tolerance and have the power to initiate the process within the organisation. All of these make the growth in personal and professional development and stages of life and gain appropriate power for the future development. 7
