INTRODUCTION Management of the commercial business includes operational as well as functional division with the aim of attaining the enhanced level of productivity as well as profitability in the company. This also involves several problems that are faced by the organization because of the several dynamic elements of the commercial activities and its major influence on the working staff as well as managers of the organization (Albitar, and et.al., 2021). Through this it is very crucial to develop several set of skills as well as capabilities and order to solve the problems and overcome them. The following report will cover about the scenario of gaps in skill which are evaluated in the process of learning approach. In addition to it the following report will also evaluate the career as well as learning action planning in an effectual as well as efficient way. TASK 1 Which skills have you developed and/or enhanced as a result of the project? Once I was doing a report for my College in which I was the human resource associate in which I was responsible to resolve in the any type of complete or the problems within the organization. As I have observe that consistently that the retention rate of the workers is increasing. This is the basic cause because of which I have determined regarding the workers as well as fundamental problems in the commercial businesses. Interacting as the crucial part in resolving the problems of the workers as well as attain the value of the skills of communication. At the time of resolving the problems of the working staff of the company I have validated that there are several mandatory communication which is required in order to involve with the employees through which they can feel more appreciated as well as encouraged in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the company (Atee,Morris,and Cunningham,2021). I have also monitored that through the whole journey of this project I have attained several skills of communication with and other several capabilities and skills. In addition to this I also obey several divisions in the business in order to implement several alteration in their functioning which can change the attitude of the employees as well as enhance the motivation of the workers. This is the very basic reason through which I also acquired the skills of time management which has enhanced the motivation level of mind as well as my subordinate towards the accomplishment of the goals and objectives of the organization. In order to take the specific decisions as well as lead mighty I
have also attained the skills of leadership through which I can conveniently motivate my team in order to perform well to achieve their targets in given time period. What do you know now that you didn’t know at the start of the process? At the initial phase of the process there are several elements of the activities which are not convenient for me to evaluate and understand suitably so because of this I have encountered several issues at the time of senior education subject area of the human resource. I have also evaluated regarding the processes of the senior education and I only know regarding the few courses of human resource issues which are the problems among the talent management workers and several additionally more(Diamond,2022). Apart from this at the time when I started this course I faced several issues of the human resource as there are various problems that I evaluated like retention of the workers, productivity of the employees, health as well as safety of the workers, offering suitable training and development programs to them and several more. I also learn that operations of the human resource may be altered after understanding the elements of the worker. In addition to it I also no regarding the recruitment which is one of the appropriate method to hire experienced as well as talented people in the organization which will lead to attainment of the goals and objectives of the company for the long period of time. To what extent has your level of confidence improved? I observed that there can be major betterment in the morale as well as confidence level of mine and through this report I I violated that my level of confidence is increasing in the way of interaction as well as communication in the several areas. Earlier I was not much capable to communicate appropriately with the people but after conducting this project I am now able to effectively communicate and interact with people. This shows that it enhances the level of my confidence as now I am fluently able to communicate with people without hesitating. I also evaluated that my skills of time management will be better and by currently I am more able to manage my task more effectively and efficiently. Moreover to this I am more capable in order to work on the several objectives in the same time because I know how to manage my time in accordance to the priority(Hoda, and et.al., 2021).
