INTRODUCTION
Individuals develop their marketable talent skills, analytical abilities and experiences so
that they can improve their personality in order to achieve goals and targets. The guidance and
support of consultants can resolve problems and enhance efficiency in appropriate manner
(Aksoy, 201). This report will discuss about the skills and procedures which can easily resolve
the problem of client. How this can improve the level of confidence and future career of an
individual. Three skills gap are identified with the consideration of future development. Action
plan is formulated so that required skills can be improved in appropriate manner. A CV is
created according to the description and job requirements which are required by the desired
organisation.
MAIN BODY
TASK 1
Which skills are developed and improved as a result of project?
The problem which was faced by Regent group London in context to maintaining their
brand recognition requires lot of efforts in order to resolve them. It requires various skills which
can improve the profitability of overall organisation along with accomplishment of objectives. I
have used my communication skills which assist in interaction with number of clients and
customers. Improvement of relations with stakeholders provides opportunities for better
development of brand image in the market (Armstrong, 2018). The problem and queries of
students can be resolved by Regent college by effectively communicating with them.
Technological skills are also used by me so that I can use internet and networks for promoting
the business. Digital marketing can be done with the help of appropriate technological skills
which are highly beneficial for an organisation. I have used various social media platforms in
order to improve the brand of College are LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Decision
making skills are also inherited for taking necessary actions for managing the brand. I have taken
best decisions according to the business environment so that the respective problem can be
eliminated. Best decisions can also minimise the risk or errors and mistakes from the operations
which can large students which can directly increase the profitability.

The project involves number of operations which were new to me. It helped in
development of various skills and capabilities which develop overall personality in appropriate
manner. After the completion of project, I have learnt how to analyse and identify the problems
which need to be resolved. During the project, I have identified that the brand recognitions plays
essential role in the improvement of profitability. It can attract large number of customers for
admissions which results in the achievement of growth and success (Henningsen, 2020). Regent
college and train their teachers so that they can provide best knowledge to their students so that
they can promote their business. Improved teaching practices requires number of resources such
as human resource and technological resource. The knowledge of students should be transferred
in interactive manner which provides opportunity for two way communication. This projects also
provides understandings related to the formulation of marketing strategies which provides
different competitive advantages. The improvement of brand image can assist Regent college in
achievement of their success and goals.
To what extent confidence level has improved.
With the accomplishment of project relation to the development of brand image, I have
improved my overall growth and personality. There are number of skills are inherited by me such
as communication skills, technological skills and time management skills. All these skills
collectively improved my confidence level to large extent with results in achievement of
personal goals. It provides learnings and understandings about the brand management and
recognition in market (Ilie, Nickerson and Planken, 2019). I can effectively manage the business
operations without any challenges with the help of this project. Finding solutions for problems
improves the knowledge and critical thinking skills which are essential for the further
development and growth. I can also manage teams of different individuals so that everyone can
works towards the achievement of individual as well as collective goals. I can develop better
decisions according to the situation which improved my productivity and performance. The level
of confidence which is increased assist in achievement of goals and targets in appropriator
manner.
The use of learning in future career
The capabilities and skills which are developed with the completion of project provides
attractive opportunities in future. I can effectively develop my career in my desired field of

interest. Various critical operations can be accomplished without any challenges and difficulties
by understanding the different aspects of the operations. Skills like team management, decision
making, communication will assist me in getting higher position (Kipping, 2021). Number of
highly reputed organisations aims to select the candidates who possess all these skills so that
they can improve their productivity and profitability. My technological skills also help me in
getting jobs in IT sector which will further contribute in my further growth and development. I
can effectively fulfil all the responsibilities and authorities which make be capable of doing
better things. I can develop my positive image and can compete with others so that success can
be achieved. The learnings taught me how to influence others so that they can get motivated for
the accomplishment of operations. I can lead teams by resolving the queries and problems of
individuals which is positive factor contributing in the personality.

Identify skill gap
Every individual possess different varieties of skills which differentiate them with others.
The knowledge and abilities gained by others with the help of their past experiences which can
further help them. Some operations requires skills which are not posses by an individual which
can be referred as skill gap (Mohammed, 2020). There are some of the skills which need to be
learnt by me so that I can achieve further growth which is desired. Those skills include
collaborative skills, problem solving skills and presentation skills. It is necessary to improve
these skills so that goals can be achieved in appropriate manner. I can become more responsible
towards the respective operations with the help of these skills.
Action plan
This refers to the outlines which includes various resources, action taken and
signification of abilities (Phillips, Newman and Subramanian, 2018). It assist individuals in
development of required skills which contributes positive factors in development of personality.
