INTRODUCTION
This report will discuss the solving the problems of my clients as a team member of the
regent group London as clients rasika and it will evaluate my learning and skills development
that include which skills are developed, what I don't know, level of confidence and how I will
use my learning in my future career. This will also elaborate the three skills area which consider
for the future development as well as helps in become the success career and prepare a plan for
the action which helps in filling the gap.
TASK-1
I worked as a problem solving in a team for the clients of the business which is regent
group London. The solving problem team is a temporary structure that bring the team members
across the organization to focus on the clients specific problems and solve it. The learning and
development is refer as the term which are used to describe that which are done by the business
for the employees to develop and encourage the professional development (Iudici, 2021). The
learning and developments of the skills are enhance with the helps of online learning, training
courses, development programs and development activities which are most important for the
employees to develop the skills and knowledge.
I developed the various skills with the helps of branding strategy and public relations
campaign for the regent London group. I learnt that how to solve the problems of the clients in
the effective and efficient way which are important to develop the growth and expansion of the
company as well as increase the consumers and local community for the college. The problem
solving skills in the workplace are most important and it refer the ability of the person which
helps in find and manage the complex problems solutions as well as handle the unexpected
situations with the skills. The various skills are learned with the helps of the task such as
listening skills, critical thinking skills and team work (Florek and Hereźniak, 2021). The problem
solving task helps in develop the many skills which are important in the business to solve the
clients problems.
Critical Thinking: this skills are develop with the helps of solving the problems of the clients
because for solving any problems, I have to critically think and analysis the problems and then
find and manage the solution which can fix the issues of regent London groups through the
contact person Rasika.
