INTRODUCTION Management of business deals with various functional and operational areas of business in order to achieve higher amount of productivity and profitability. It is also consists with several problems and challenges that appear due to the various dynamic aspects of the company. This will also affect directly on the employees or executives of an organisation (Ashley-Binge and Cousins, 2020).For such purpose, it is quite important to create skills and competencies in context of resolving problems and conflicts of business and its clients. The present report is deal with the similar aspect to analyse the learning and career plan of action effectively. TASK 1 Which skills have you created or improved as a result of the project? There is an assignment of a college in which I took participation as an IT expert in order to understand and resolve the problem of business. I came to realise that online and distance learning is a big issue that is faced by the client FSB. This is the cause I planned a meeting with client in order to discuss the issues of learning. At the time of meeting held, I realised that communication skills plays a prominent role in order to listen and speak out the opinions and perspectives. While resolving the issues I found that there is a need of encouraging students to promote and adopt online learning as they can benefit them in several ways. As a result of this task, I came ton know that there is a significant transformation within me in context of skills development. While discussing way and methods to promote online learning for the business, I developedcommunication skills. Managing time is fundamental in personal and professional life so I came on time to attend the meeting. It delivers a good impression on others and make be able to complete the task within certain time limit. That is the cause I developed time- management skills which helps ton influences and inspire others. This task also makes me realise to know the importance of good leader in a team I had to make plans for the promoting online learning so that more and more students able to join the online sessions. For the completion of this project, I also developed analytical skills in order to examine various kind of situations and to make appropriate plans for it. In such way I came to realise the development and improvement of all such skills within me.
What do you know now that you didn't know at the beginning of the process? As the beginning of the process, there were several things which I did not realise before. I faced many challenges related with IT and administration although I am expert in my field. I learned about various things about online and distance learning. I only know about cloud computing, digital transformation, talent retention and so on. But there are many more challenges that are faced by me such as leadership, budget managing, hiring, data management, analytics and many more.I also got to know about other activities of IT sectionsas well in order to suggest my client in amore particular manner.I got a lot of information about the value of e- commerce marketing and online learning through learners. I realised that informations related with the students who are taking online classes and who are missing the sessions. Also, I sensed that in the time of Covid-19 pandemic, online learning is increasing its value day by day in which students do not have miss the sessions and gain the expertise even at that time. Promoting this concept among learners was not simple at all for me as they were used to the traditional way of learning. But, due to this project I never realised before that I had to develop and improve some of the fundamental skills regarding the management within me. To what extent the confidence level has been improved? I feel that the confidence level within me has been significantly improved. Due to this project, my confidence has been increasing in terms of communicating others, interacting with others and many more. Formerly, I was not able to interact and communicate with others but after the completion of my project now I am effectively communicate with others. This demonstrates that my confidence level has been improved a lot and now I am not hesitate at all to put my thoughts upfront. I also realized that my time-management skills has been enhanced as I was able to complete the task within the time. Hence, this makes me able to manage my work with no stress. Also, I was able to perform multiple projects as I manage my time effectively. How could you use the learning in your upcoming career? With the help of this project, I came to realise that it delivers a huge value for my further career development. The main reason behind this is I able to see my bright future in the IT field. Hence, this experience will serve me a lot of advantages in order to get promoted in my work. I also found that this learning experience in order to provide suggestions in the line o0f technicality will not only help in this section but others well as I can also start my own venture.
