Introduction
A reflective report is one that assists in the delivery of information on personal
experiences, growth, and progress (Sousa and Wilks, 2018). The report examines the various
skills that were created during the project, including communication, problem-solving,
interpersonal, leadership, and management skills, among others. The report investigates
numerous skill gaps and proposes techniques to avoid them in order to succeed in a business
career. In addition, an appendix will contain a CV that is tailored to the job description and
requirements (Colombo, Mercorio and Mezzanzanica, 2019).
Task one
As a result of the project, what skills have you developed and enhanced?
With the help of this project, I learned about a variety of abilities and knowledge that can
be employed in a variety of situations, routines, and work environments. Because it is difficult to
introduce change into an individual's routine. For the allotted work, I did a variety of tasks
connected to various talents and learnings (Fikri, and et.al., 2020). People need adaptation skills
to adjust to changes in their routine and working environment. It's difficult to adjust to changes
in people's everyday habits and work activities. These characteristics, for example, help me adapt
to changes in my daily routine as well as my learning and working environments. These abilities
boost my worth by allowing me to adapt to changes in several areas of my life. It also allows me
to stay focused on my personal growth while adapting to a variety of rapid changes. Due to this
project, I have improved my skills which are explained below-
Communication skills-As a learner, one must be able to effectively communicate the message or
thoughts, whether verbally or in writing. With the support of the project, I was able to develop
this expertise. It is also necessary to have the above-mentioned skill to connect with team
members. This skill allows to convey the message properly to the people such as by formulating
the tone, making use of hand gestures, eye contact, proper body language and many others.
Planning and forecasting skills- It is well known that forecasting skills take time to develop,
and I am now better equipped to plan for any situation with the greatest comprehension. This
skill is said to be the essential part of the decision-making process (Matos and et.al., 2021).

Learning is a never-ending process of gathering knowledge and information for personal and
professional growth. Because no one can ever be perfect when it comes to collecting information
and knowledge, learning is considered as both necessary and lifelong. Taking into account the
learning process leads to future personal and professional growth and development. As a student,
I have considered the learning process throughout my life in order to improve my development
and attain my personal goals. This method and approach to studying is my preferred method of
learning because it allows me to absorb information faster. I've learned a variety of abilities and
discovered new ones since the beginning of the process. I was able to build a number of personal
and professional abilities during my time as a student (Gibbons, 2018). This involves improving
research, communication, and employability abilities. As a result of the analysis, better terms
were created, based on which coordinated efforts connected to a successful approach to one's
talent were created. Furthermore, while working on the project, various problems and issues
arose that necessitated learning exercises in order to obtain a deeper understanding of the
situation. The learning led in greater corporate responsibility coordination and the formulation of
effective terms, resulting in a productive future working base. My self-assurance has also
improved, allowing me to handle situations with ease. I'll put all I've learned to good use in the
future, and as a result of the research, I've been able to produce high-quality work by better
understanding how to discover relevant learning opportunities. When working on the project, I'll
keep these considerations in mind and make certain that the knowledge I've gained via my
coursework is put to good use (Brown, 2022).
Schedule management allows me to finish activities on time while also controlling my
stress levels. This management will make it easier for me to achieve my objectives. As a result, I
am able to give it my all-in order to enhance my grades and performance in a specific subject. If
I keep my work structured, I will be able to achieve more in less time. When I have a lengthy list
of activities to complete and little time to do so, I become easily agitated. Time management will
educate me how to deal with a specific circumstance in my life (Bullington and et.al., 2019).
Collaboration is a quality that I believe I need to improve in both my academic and
personal lives. It all comes down to a team's ability to coordinate and work together to complete
a task or assignment. Teamwork will enable me to properly manage my team, resulting in
harmony in my personal connections. I'll be able to devote more time and effort to achieving
collective objectives. This vital talent will help me feel a sense of belonging as we work toward
