INTRODUCTION
Strategic agility refers to capacity of adopting changing circumstances by focusing on

case study is Oak Tree Inn (OTI) of hospitality and leisure sector. Company offers services of
different types which comprises restaurant, bar, etc services. The present report will include
external threats and opportunities firm facing for both macro and micro environment. It will be
exerted by PESTLE & 5 forces model and strength and weakness will be summarized in SWOT
table. The potential strategic options will be identified in present report to achieve competitive
advantage & capabilities. By analyzing mentioned strategy current report will give emphasis on
theories such as SAFe analysis. Recommendations for the same will be given for convincing the
director of organization.

Political factor
Being part of hospitality industry there are various components which largely impact
operational activities of Oak Tree Inn. Government regulations regarding tourism, taxation,
health and safety play crucial role in boosting performance of organizations (Shtal and et.al.,
2018). United Kingdom provides various tourism opportunity which helps specified hotel to
increase is scale of operation and increasing strictness of taxation is concerning OTI's
profitability.
