INTRODUCTION The purpose of this report is to execute how working with team and solving the business problems develop the new learning skills. It will discuss the skills which is developed because of project as well as how the level of confidence is improved by conducting such activities. Further, it will evaluate what new things are observed by such project and how the learning can be used for better future terms. In task two it will cover action plan which identifies the areas of development along with the resources and strategy will be used for them to developing the areas for being successful in business career. MAIN BODY TASK 1 Skills which I developed while working in project with team While solving the client business problems I developed my skills of problem solving in much better aspect as I learnt to solve the issue and handling the things. I get to know about how the things are managed in solving the particular issues and it provides me ability for dealing the negative circumstances in the easy way. While performing in work I identify the team work provides many aspects in which there are many aspects to learn as there are people working in team and each one of them has perfection in their criteria. Teamwork enhances the confidence of work and keeps engaged the working and boost the knowledge. It also enhances my skill of critical thinking, in similar manner by practising such project I get as chance of working as team and where I observed about how the critical thinking works. Critical thinking improved my thinking much better and enable to form decisions. Also, I get to know how the all sides are discussed and analysed which is significant, by practising such things I am able to develop my critical thinking skill. What I get to know after practising the project I observed that my communication skills are not that much good which is significant while working in team and for dealing with problems in better ways. Previously before conducting the project I felt that it is easy to handle such operations but while working with various team member I get the opportunity to learn about several aspects. By which it developed my knowledge about how such things work and the importance of team work. Teamwork is not an easy task it requires lot of attention and communication is very essential to which reflect the sharing of ideas and by other team member the knowledge increases. The way of conducting the
business problems is not easy as it seems before and analytics skills is very essential for solving the core business problems. Such skills analyse and translate about the client needs as well the skill which I developed critical thinking help analyst in assessment of multiple options before arriving at the planned situation. So after dealing with the client business problems it improved my knowledge about how business problems are prioritized and the importance of analytic skills. To what extent the level of confidence is improved By conducting the project and working with team I am able to improve my confidence as such there are several difficulties which faced while performing the task. Mostly, I get to learn the new things by such methods and which enhance my experience of working and knowledge about various aspect that boost up the confidence. Such confidence level I am able to perform with my new learning skills. By practising, training, talking to other people boost up the confidence level to higher extent. I learnt that staying away from negativity and focusing on positivity increases the ability to take part in activities without any hesitation. How learning can be used in for better future terms By following these aspects such learning outcomes and knowledge is helpful for future terms as well. The knowledge which is gained with working in team for project allow benefit in day to day life too. The learning for future career can be evaluated by planning the learning with the career path in mind and identifying my needs of learning in short time period. I will adapt to the changing future with enhancing my learning skill in better terms. Learning provides several opportunities for future and enhance the stability of work for achieving success. I will make use of learning by taking parts in more project work, activities and working with various people to improve the learning outcomes and knowledge. I will also alter my time management because with learning it is important to consider. I might make use of reading books and listening which would be beneficial terms for learning as well it will improve communication skills as well. The learning plan can be helpful to follow the intentions and easy to state the goals, timeline as such it would be successful for learning experiences.I will make use of communicating by interacting more people in order to improve quality of communications with others and carry out to discuss the ideas and views with various people so that It will improve my skills in effective way. Along with development ofmy skills the major contribution to growth provide the knowledge to understand and approach to the communication manner of others.
