In this semester, the course of consumer behaviour help me to analyse the different factors
which affects the management of consumer behaviour. There are different type of ways by
which consumer behaviour aspect is analysed and id8 is helpful for the companies to manage the
working of the organisations effectively. I have analysed that it is important for the organisation
to do proper research within market for evaluating the current demands and requirements of
customers. This helps in managing they work effectively and doing the business operations and
activities properly. I have analysed that consumer behaviour is one of the most important aspect
used within the organisations in order to manage the different it type of facts that are leading to
success of the company.it is very important for the company to manage the work effectively and
do the analysis properly. it has been analysed from the above report that consumer behaviour is
defined as the study which is used for organisations and individuals and this is related with
disposable goods and management of the promotional activity which is used for managing the
customer behaviour. In this tenure of course I have learnt various ways for analysing the negative
as well as positive effect on the companies due to the consumer behaviour. It is defined by the
company that it is very important to manage the functioning as it will help in reaching the large
leverage market share. For a marketer, it is very important to another lies the innovation done in
the products and services so that profits and money earned will be increased. it is important for
the companies to manage their work effectively in order to maintain the effectiveness of
company. In this suggestion of consumer behaviour, I have analysed that it is one of the most
important functions and responsibility of a company to manage the working activities and
business activities.
It is analysed from the sessions taken for this course that it is important for the management
of behaviour is very important in order to analyse the way in which different marketers as well as
company owners are working for managing the high profit and revenue within market. the role of
consumer behaviour basically depends upon different factors and preferences which is used for
managing the services and goods. It is concluded that the company’s managing to provide
quality and standard product so that they are able to manage the competitive advantage. it is very
important for the company to manage the functioning properly so that there is high percentage of
the satisfied customer and it will help in managing the customer loyalty and Goodwill. There is
stress among the companies for managing what are the effective ways for solving the problems

within market share. There are various companies which are evaluating the way in which they

the basis of portfolio so that it is easy to manage the functioning of company. In context of retail
industry, it is important to manage the working in high productivity as it will lead to change of
pricing strategies. It is important for the company to manage the preferences of customers in
order to maintain the dynamic and optimistic position within market at global level. On the other
hand I have analysed at consumer behaviour is very positive aspect for the companies as this
helps in conducting the business operations in ethical manner. This provides help to the company
in managing work and dealing with the innovations effectively and reaching the creative aspects
within the company. There are several economic conditions as well as disposable income which
are an essential factor used for the management of pricing strategies. It is very important for the
companies to manage the work properly and analyse the needs and demands of customer and
provide them work in effective manner. There are various ways by which different companies
are making high revenue and maintaining the marketing functions in effective manner. There are
various ethical business practices within the organisation so that it is easy to belt consumer good
well. This is helpful for the company to manage market share and increase the revenue. I have
analysed that at the customer satisfaction is one of the most important aspect of managing the
work effectively and doing great work properly. It is important for the company to do great work
and manage the consumer preferences. there is high value and importance of the customer
satisfaction in context of the services and products. There are several organisations which are
helpful for managing and attaining the organisational goals and objectives and these are helpful
for increasing the productivity range..

are helpful for gaining strong competition within Market by upgrading the different platforms of

I have analysed from the sessions of consumer behaviour that there are few companies and
marketers within the business environment which manipulate the consumer by various ways.
There are some consumers which change the price factors and this reduces the quality standards
and managing the margins for upgrading the profitability revenues. It is concluded that change in
pricing strategy of the company is not suitable as it will minimise the quality standards of the
consumers. In the sessions of the course, I have analysed that I have learnt that it is not legal for
a company. it is essential for the companies to manage the goodwill and productivity within
market so that the innovation strategies will be helping the company to manage the work of top
executives. There are various marketers and companies which are menu plating the consumer by
changing the elements of price. This is not a good work as it is against ethics of the company.. it
is important for the company to manage the activities and tasks related to the pricing properly so
that there is no manipulation of price and customers will be happy. It is very important for the
marketer to manage the purchasing of products and services properly as it will affect the business
environment in negative manner by analysing the profit margins. Different companies that are
using the manipulation in products and this affects the brand value of the competitive. It is
important for the companies to manage the work effectively and check the manipulation of price
rates and publicity in effective manner.
I have learnt in this session that it is very important to support the opinion on the fact that
manipulation of customers is not an ethical practice and it should not be practiced by the
companies. It is not a good job as it will affect the managing of business activities in negative
manner. It is important for the companies to manage the effectiveness of marketing and proper
planning of product for maintaining the achievement of organisational goals and objectives. It is
very important for the companies that their working effectively and managing the offering of

marketers and organisations which are maintaining higher standards and ethical business
practices for developing the paradigm for consumers. This provide help in maintaining the
company scale and range of the productivity is minimised. I have also learnt that there are
various practices which the organisations must follow in order to manage the effectiveness of
consumer behaviour.
I have learnt that marketing in the 21st century is associated with science and it is useful for
managing the successful business. there are various creative expression which are developed for
managing the marketing campaigns. In this session of consumer behaviour, I have learnt various
theories of consumer behaviour. One of the theories of consumer behaviour is EKB model.
According to this model, there is need of managing the consumer behaviour process properly. It
is a model used for managing the work in effective manner. The decision making of consumer is
analysed for proper manner. The consumers are affected in the decision making process variables
as well as valuable factors. At the initial stage of information, there is need for the marketers to
provide the customers proper knowledge regarding the service or product. There are several
lifestyle brands within business environment which affects the psychological community. It is
seen that every marketer has to analyse the consumer behaviour in order to do effective functions
within the company.
I have studied that advantages of studying the consumer behaviour. I have analysed that there are
different marketers and organisations which are founding that whether it is important for
managing the product and services effectively or not. there are different producers as well as
marketers which are managing the studies for managing the testing of products effectively. I
have analysed that there are various advantages of study of consumer behaviour. some of the
advantages which I have analysed for managing the consumer behaviour are mentioned below

success of this washing powder company is management of good pricing strategies. This
company provides good washing powder to customers at affordable price. This company has
analysed that the target customers want to have the product at affordable price and it will be the
easiest way for increasing the profits of company. I have evaluated various techniques that can
be used for managing the consumer behaviour. The company is able to analyse the consumer
behaviour properly, it is easy to manage the marketing strategy of company. By studying the
consumer behaviour, I have analysed the importance of buying on price consideration. It has
helped me to know that for the customer group of high income there are different type of
products and services. On the other hand, for the customers of low budget and medium budget,
products and services are different. It is also that effective strategies are required for managing
the work of company properly and achieving the organisational goals. While attending the
classes of consumer behaviour, I have analysed that segmentation of market is also enhanced by
studying consumer behaviour. It is concluded that not every customer can buy the product by
paying the amount. There are various factors which a customer considered before buying the
product.it is very important for the company to manage the effectiveness and work for the
company in effective manner.it is very important for the companies to manage the profits and
money earned by the company in order to analyse the different factors which are important for
the consumer behaviour and managing the basic economic theory. There are various producers
which are used for catering the different segments used for producing products like creams,
soaps, toothpaste, etc. I have analysed that it is important for doing great work and managing the
company in effective manner.
