Introduction
The present presentation is based on recent purchase made by me from Ginger & Smart, a
strong fashion Lifestyle brand.
The company was founded by Sydney based sisters named as Alexandra and Genevieve
Smart in the year 2002.
It will provide description on the consumer behaviour and marketing psychology. This
will be effectively done by critically reviewing consumer decision making process from
which I have gone through at the time of making purchase from Ginger & Smart.

Consume Decision Making process
Consumer decision making refers to the process which clearly depicts that how
customer selects the products among all the alternative options available at
marketplace.
The process is mainly consist of few steps from which every buyers goes through
at the time of making purchase according to their own requirements.

Need/Problem Recognition
It is the first step of consumer decision making process which states the main
need or problem that has influenced behaviour of consumer to make purchase.
I have purchase T shirt from Ginger & Smart store for the college event.
