Purpose
The main purpose of using survey monkey is to create awareness about consumer purchasing
behaviour in the context of body shop shower gel. It also supports to comprehend several themes
associated with consumer buying behaviour. These themes are related to motivation, attitudes,
group and individual differences, perceptions, family, lifestyle, and culture. These themes could
affect the consumer decision making of body shop shower gel (Ramya and Mohamed Ali, 2016).
Development of survey instrument
The survey is executed through application of survey monkey. This tool is appropriate to collect
a reliable and authentic decision associated with consumer purchasing decision concerns. With
respect to survey, close-ended questionnaire structure was implemented to motivate the
customers for providing relevant responses rather than skipping questions, Moreover, Likert
scale was implemented for making competent to consumers for selecting one relevant selection
associated with questions (Hendra and Kaihatu, 2019).
Administration processes
The initial period is associated with creating questionnaire that includes 10 questions. After that,
a survey is associated with body shop shower gel was sent to consumers with the application of
online link by systematic manner. The survey was conducted with a total of 15 consumers to
eliminate the partiality. Earlier starting the survey, an investigator gave guidance to consumers
that they have right for skipping the question in case they feel not uncomfortable as well as,
unsecured (Kataria, et. al., 2019).
Data Analysis
Q1 What was your key motivation to shop the body shop shower gel?

The assessment indicates the key motivation of a large number of respondent i.e. 46.67% for
shopping the body shower gel is Strong scent. In contrast to this, only 6.67% of consumers
believed that motivation to shop the body shop shower gel was an advertisement.
Q2 what is your perception of body shop shower gel?
It is addressed that about 33.33% of consumers believed that they have a positive perception of
body shop shower gel. On the other side, only 20% of consumers have unfavorable perception
regarding body shop shower gel.
Q3 What is the primary attitude that you relate with the body shop shower gel?
The analysis shows that there are 46.67% of consumers whose primary attitude that relates to
body shop shower gel is cruelty-free. On the other hand, there is only 6.67% who have the
primary attitude that relates them with body shop shower gel is giving back to society.
Q4 Do you like to use body shop gel in your daily routine?
It is analyzed that there are about 33.33% of consumers who usually like to use the body shop
shower gel in their daily routine. In opposed to this, there are only 13.33% of consumers who
never like to use body shop gel in daily routine.
Q5 Do you agree that your culture does connect you with body shop shower gel?
It is assessed that about 46.67% of consumers are agreed that culture connects them with body
shop shower gel. On the other side, none of the consumers disagree that culture connects them
with body shop shower gel.
Q6 Why do you like to purchase the body shop shower gel?
It is also addressed that there are about 64.29% of consumers purchase the body shower gel for
individual purpose. In contrast to this, only 14.29% of consumers buy body shop shower gel for
family purpose.
