ABSTRACT
The significant growth and development of the luxury consumptions in the recent years which
has been accompanied by the relevance of the pirated and counterfeit goods. The market of the
counterfeit relies the desires of the customers for the real luxury brands which has been sale by
the counterfeit seller. It has been critically analysis the understanding of the consumers buying
power where the counterfeit products selling in the cheaper rates then its easy to attract the
customers. It has been evaluate that the advantages and disadvantages of the of the counterfeit
products that is beneficial for the customers and also the motivating consumers for buying the
counterfeit products.
Key finding
The key findings which has been understand the counterfeit products sales increasing day by day
and customers also love to purchase the products in cheap rates. It affects the customers through
selling the products and services in cheap prices because It has been analysed that the counterfeit
products sold in the cheap prices which retain customers and make a market for them and on the
other hand it reduce the profit of real and original brands which affects the real brand customers
and reduce the rate of the productivity. Sometimes its not good to purchase the counterfeit
products because its not gives warranty and guaranty.
Research gap:- It is basically defined for fulfilling the gap of the information and limits the
ability to reach the conclusion of the research questions. Research limits the gap and it gives the
ability to take the decision-makers for making the decisions.

1. what are the ways to identify the growth and development of the counterfeit ?
2. How to analyse the psychological factors influence the buying behaviour of the
customers ?
3. What are the ways to identify the reasons for buying the counterfeit ?

4. How to extract the advantages and disadvantages of the counterirritant for the
customers?
5. How to examine the emotions involve in the illegal consumptions ?
