Introduction
In this presentation, various issues which impact hospitality
industry are discussed along with current image of this
sector in United Kingdom. The aim of this presentation is
to predict future trends and developments along with their
impacts.

Analyse of issues affecting hospitality industry
Hospitality industry is a growing sector which attracts
numerous new businesses due to which there are various
issues which can affect functioning of this industry. These
issues are widely categorised into three classes which are:
 Operational issues
 Managerial issues
 Legislative issues

Current image of the hospitality industry
Hospitality industry includes several services such as
accommodations, food services, leisure services which are
provided by various organisations such as hotels, bars,
restaurants, event management organisation etc. Hospitality
industry has a overall dynamic and powerful image, it has
thousands of hotels and restaurants which as annual turnover of
55 billion pounds. This industry is employing 1.7 million
employees and generates hundreds of jobs every year.

Justified predictions for potential trends and
development
Hospitality sector is a growing industry, which is expected to
gain a steady growth.
 This organisation is expected to be have a great level of
investments,Introduction of five stars hotels
 Development of conferencing and banqueting unit of
hospitality.
 Increase in the wages of hospitality employees along
with proper training sessions.
 Usage of advanced technological tools such as motion
sensors, bio metrics etc.

Impact analyses for the predicted trends
The trends and developments which are predicted above has
various impact on the functioning on hospitality industry.
Various impacts for these trends are:
 Organisations can successfully fulfil needs and demands of
their customers.
 Hospitality industry can bring innovation in their business
operations along with rendering quality services.
